So did anyone who went to convention do the side trip that I'd recommended to Hocking Hills S.P.? Had they had enough rain for the waterfalls to be pretty good? Did you get to the Pencil Sharpener Museum? --96.245.xx.xx |

Park yes, museum no.
I enjoyed a nice walk through nature & took several close-up photos of different plants.
I plan to choose the best to print & hang as art in my Living room --68.229.xxx.xxx |

It is worth the trip......although you are in peak season.
I dropped off a bunch of lit at the convention for others, but I am not sure if the river is very deep now. It has been very dry.
I wonder if anyone made it up to Mansfield area to go to the Shawshank movie set? --24.101.xxx.xxx |

I've only been to Hocking Hills after a very dry summer - we plan to try to go in spring some time, especially if the snow has been pretty decent that year.

We got to the hotel Wednesday a little after six in the evening and didn't leave it until they released us on Saturday.
I didn't want to miss anything. It's only three hours so I could make a day trip of it in the future.
