Just wondering whether anybody here has experienced the problems I read about with double withdrawals from your Chase account when using Zelle.

I have never used it but am considering doing so.

Have those problems changed your mind about using it in the future??

I can't speak to Chase and Zelle, but I know Zelle sends me a text or an email in advance of the transaction and again saying when the transaction has been completed.

The first time I saw this, I thought it was a double transaction but it turned out only to be a single transaction --24.101.xxx.xxx

This past month, I have had serious issues with Quicken, Chase, CapOne, Wells Fargo (10 accounts,) Charles Schwab, Dominion Energy (11 accounts) my insurance company (40 policies)...my son had issues with his online water department payments...

All have "upgraded" their customer portals and all of them are "broken."

I've spent hours on the phone...have only managed to fix a few so far...it's a literal nightmare. --50.82.xxx.xxx

2 OF MY payees sent double payment. Chase corrected it within 2 days, with no effort on my part or the payees

seems payees sent money and clicked send, but app didn't react so they assumed payment didn't go through.

zelle has always been reliable, was just a glitch
