Not just red flags but yellow flags as well.
Keep your eyes and ears open for any and all signs of all flags regardless of color of the flag. If a yellow flag pops up there is a big a$$ red flag around the next corner. Do not fall asleep at the wheel.

Sometimes all we get are yellow flag applicants. Some markets ya have to pick your poison. The one you can deal with, kids or dogs but maybe not both. Smokers or pets, maybe both. W2 income or government funded. Young vs old. All come with pros and cons. Sometimes they put such a good foot forward that they could fool even a seasoned landlord. Even famous folks with attorneys at their finger tips get take. Those folks are out there. Be aware. Be brave enough to take the risk. Everything is a risk, even your next breath.
