I broke one of my own policies.

I fell for the excuses and did not do what I tell everyone else to do.

I THOUGHT I had the situation under control.

This has already cost me THOUSANDS$$$ and it's not over yet.

I will explain what I did / did not do and what we all SHOULD do when I present at Convention.

I sometimes allow a house to be rented by a corporation for renting rooms out for a care facility. They pay me $3,500 per month and rent out seven spaces each from $2,000 a month to $2,500.

I rented a home to a filly licensed bonded importer of immigrants from their mother county. They train them and find them jobs. After a year they save up and move to their own apartment.

Well this company get greedy during the pandemic and sub-divided the garage into 4 more living/sleeping area. They got reported and the Corp was ordered to refund 100% of rents paid by anyone living in the garage. After the Bankruptcy was filed, then the City came after me, the owner of the house. I demonstrated that each occupant had to be vetted by case worker and they had to insure the rental/room was up to code. Not me. The City didn't care.

So I sent a letter to the City, State and Section 8. Due to their pettyness and willingness to throw me under the bus, "We" (partners and I) will be ejecting all section 8 tenants and others-- over 100 persons. We will buss them to the Mayors house in Hancock Park. --47.147.xxx.xxx
