Has anyone had experience renting out a mobile home in Michigan? When eviction is necessary, are there any special rules beyond those that apply to any other or "fixed" location evictions? --71.140.xxx.xxx

Are you renting out the pad only or just the home? In a park? Set up on private property? I have mobile homes on my own property. If in a park and they don't own the land then they just go thru the process like any other apartment. But if the renter owns the home and you the park and it requires moving the home in my state the timeframe very different. --172.59.xxx.xxx
