What do you watermark your photos with for advertising?
If I am not mistaken, I was not allowed to watermark my photos with my email address as Zillow would not allow emails anywhere in the copy or photos. I don't think they allow a phone number on the photos either but I am not sure.
I have currently watermarked them with just the first part of my email and the room name.

I put an email address on them - the email I want them to inquire to.
In my experience, Zillow won't allow contact information in the description, but if it is in a photo, it gets in.

I put business name and phone number. Next time it goes across the middle since last time they cropped it from the photo and ram a scam ad. I use Zumper and Craigslist and haven’t had an issue with the phone number. --2.32.xxx.xxx |

Last year Zillow pulled my add because they did not like that I had my email on the pictures. I had to replace the pictures so that they would relist the add.

I would think the best thing to use would be your website address if you happen to have a website.
If you are not allowed to put any sort of contact information, then that limits the value of the watermark
If you are a landlord who shows units in person, you could put, "do not send money, landlord shows the rental in person".
There is only so much you can do to save the greedy tenants from themselves.

A couple weeks ago, I tried the watermark on my images. I put my website as the watermark. I noticed that my ad on Zillow was removed a few times. I just relisted it each time. The first time was after 12 hours, the second time was after a couple days, the last time was after a week. Zillow never contacted me about a problem with my listing. And I didn't have a problem relisting it. Never had that happen before, so I wondered if it had to do with my watermark but I really have no idea why. --72.130.xxx.xx |

Super easy, drag and drop, saves directly into that house’s digital folder. Can also watermark videos.
I use my web address because I want them to go directly to my whole list of homes and application. I do NOT want them to call or write. Just apply.
Zillow allows this.
