Got a call from my collection guy Friday afternoon. He was reviewing and storing past collection accounts. He was letting me know one of our local court clerks he spoke to has 970.00 sitting in a garnishment account. The account was collecting bare minimums -- 15 to 20.00 a week. Don't even remember the tenant and the reason is we haven't owed the house since 2015 and the account fell thru the cracks I suppose. So this collection has been going on since maybe 2013 or 2014? The gift that keeps on giving!!!!!

Wish that was bare minimum for me. My former tenant is paying on her own but $20 a month. I think I'll be dead before it is paid off. She is clever enough to use P.O. Boxes instead of street addresses. --64.246.xxx.xx |

I have a few that are paying the bare minimums.
We collect 8% here.
I was amazed when I saw a couple that made payments that just went to interest.
I never expect to see the money. It's like a bonus. I get mad again at what the deadbeats did but then happy when I realize they are still working off their debt. --107.147.xx.xxx |

My longest current monthly payment stream is about 2.5 years so you are chugging along nicely.
