I had wondered what color they used to paint our condo, so I looked on the leftover can and it actually had the name printed on the lid. Navy Bean. It is ACE paint but says Valspar color. It looks different in natural sunlight and lamp light but I like it. --47.133.xxx.xxx

Paint can be so tricky depending on the type of light you use with your bulbs.

I have seen the same color change about 5 shades with just a change in bulbs. --24.101.xxx.xxx

I replaced all the bulbs in a small office a few years back. The owner's wife had a friend that was an interior decorator.

She came in and said they needed to swap out the fluorescent bulbs with LEDs with a specific K output.

It was amazing how the wall color changed as I swapped the bulbs out.

Now I put 5k bulbs in kitchens and bathrooms. 2700's in everything else if possible.

I have gone into apartments where someone bought new bulbs and replaced one in a two or three bulb fixture but it was a different light output. Looks odd. My OCD can hardly stand it.

Look at a room that has natural sunlight, then go back at night and look with the different bulbs going. It's amazing at times the difference you can see. --107.147.xx.xxx
