Has ANYONE been able to answer the small width wall oven dilemma? I need to replace a 21-1/4 inch wide wall oven. With the "world of information" at my fingertips you would that an easy task. The web seems useless any more. I ask a VERY specific question and all I get is misinformed. Trying to sell me something I did NOT ask for. Help me out! I cannot be alone in this... --172.58.xx.xxx |

Are you replacing the current one with a wider one?
I just got another place and it has a wall oven. Thinking of replacing it. I called an appliance guy and he said "we don't do wall ovens because of the problem with the cabinets". He advised me to call a cabinetmaker/installer to custom alter the existing cabinet area to fit the new oven. --97.85.x.xx |

If it is electric you can likely get the few parts online, about 10 years ago I put an electric in place of gas - the chambers gas controls are impossible to locate. --76.190.xxx.xxx |

I have one place with a built in oven. Actually it has 2 stacked as one unit.
Could only find old used ones that would fit the same hole.
Ended up taking the board out and sending it to a shop tp be repaired. Cheaper and easier than tearing up the cabinet to make a new one fit. --107.147.xx.xxx |
