GLR, are you referring to Dan (MA) who used to post quite frequently on the Q&A and wrote a couple of landlording books?
If so, he actually sold most of his portfolio and I believe moved to Florida after overcoming some health issues. Every now and then he still pops his head in:) --172.56.x.xx |

GLR, I believe as Jefferey mentioned Dan sold most of his stuff in MA & moved south. The last time that I saw Dan & his wife was at the Topsfield Fair about 10 years ago.
