This morning (St PATRICK'S DAY) the news shows are showing young people ,(mostlt girls) oing Irish step dancing.
I've never been much of a dancer but I learned how to do it immediately after coming out of a shower and accidentally spilling some strong liniment on a sensitive area,..
Every time I see those dancers, I'm painfully reminded of it.

Amazing and I love the music. Such athletics! I wanted so badly as a child to learn how to do simple Irish dancing. Eventually in the elementary grades someone's mother taught three of us and we performed for the class. My cousins are actually part Irish. Their grandmother sailed from Dublin the same year as the Titanic went down. She was supposed to sail on the Titanic but her papers were not in order. Sadly her cousin she was coming with, did get on the ship and was lost. --71.188.xx.xxx |
