I had another tenant accept my offer to clean at move out. All of the tenants items must be removed and floors swept clean. This makes it easier because a tenants idea of clean and what must be done are miles apart. The biggest problem area is the kitchen.

It is deducted from their SD. Cost is $250 to $350 depending on house size. --70.158.xxx.xx

I just got back from my empty.

Was in a bedroom looking at a window and lamenting over the seal being bad. I looked a little closer, grabbed a wet rag and made a little circle.

Unbelievable that I could then see thru the window as if it wasn't bad.

Tenants left this place cleaned and rent ready until I talked to them about it voice. Then he just said it was his first rental and he learned a lot. --107.147.xx.xxx
