3bd 1 ba advertised Tuesday last week. Friday took the house off the market with a holding fee tendered. Signing 28th at noon.

Had 40 messages on answer machine-- showed 7 times- twice tot he lady who took it. 650 C-score.

WMH one thing that really caught my eye. Under current rent all the applicants were paying 200 more then I was asking.

Of course as stated before I don't have granite or hardwoods. My color is not gray on the walls.

One app had a full page of evictions. How do you get a full page-- thats over 20 and she wasn't that old. She also worked for the major airline here in ATL so she's making good money. --108.239.xx.xx

Oh Ken believe me I thought about it. Here's the problem. If you do as you say-- buy up judgments if they weren't yours you have to get someone else to do the court thing-- an "attorney". That shoots the fun out of it. AND money.

People don't realize when you have someone other than yourself collect a debt-- when it's time to get down to the nitty gritty court date-- YOU have to go. So Ken, even if your willing to go, tell the judge your story--what happens when the debtor starts telling the judge everything the collection people did. Now your defending what they did-- EVEN if it's a lie. SEEN IT happen. --108.239.xx.xx
