This morning I was calling back some leads I had been sent to my email last night.

There was a person I called and the call went directly to VM. The woman's voice was soft spoken and she talked slowly - as if she was a little old lady. VM is No big deal - people routinely don't answer phones. I typically will send the person a property information sheet via an email and ask them to reach out to me if they have any concerns about how we screen applicants.

So as I am typing in the email address I notice that little old Grandma's voice has an email address of WildHotKatieXXX @ ______ dot com

Hmmmmmm Sorry Grandma - not a party pad

I had one where the applicant had a rather odd email address. a bit off-color, so I googled it and she had a business of throwing sex parties at her house. So that was a pass.

But another one, with a wild sounding email, it turned out that he made fire axes and Bad Axe was the name of his company. He was a great tenant, probably the best tenant I've ever rented to. --76.178.xxx.xxx
