A couple weeks ago, I posted that a gas stove igniter quit working at one of the rentals.

Suddenly, the igniter started working a couple days later.

Then it went out again this weekend.

It turns out that a wire in the ignition circuit was pinched on a piece of sheet metal when the stove was originally assembled and finally broke.

I spliced the wires and the stove is working.
