I'm thinking our next REI will be in Ohio. Was going to do PA until Fetterman got in. I'm sure he'll advocate for similar laws to LA county.
Right now looking at very NE Ohio which is 2.5 hours away from us. One small town which is actually twice as large at the town we are investing in now is Conneaut. Anyone have any info? How LL/Tenant friendly? Was looking at population/demographics which is similar to what we have now.

Conneaut has a strong rental inspection program.......the next town to the west of that (Ashtabula) has an easier program but the properties are rather beat up.
Geneva is a seasonal resort town on the Lake - sorta like Dunkirk. --24.101.xxx.xxx |
