Can we, as landlords, report our residents rental payments, or no payments, to credit agencies? Or is this something the residents have to approve of? If we can, how does one go about that?

If all adults completely fill out a rantal application then identity is comfirmed where there is a eviction then the judgement can be reported to the credit bureaus A common trick is they change one letter in the surmame so the credit report comes back no identity then we do not rent to a alias. --68.69.xxx.xxx |

This discussion recently came up here, using -Clearnow- for auto payments there is a part of this the tenant has to activate to help them. In todays economy the autopay is the best way to collect rent and in return helps the tenant also. --76.190.xxx.xxx |

I am told you can - if and only if you subscribe to the credit bureaus. To do it, it will cost tens of thousands. Using Clear Now is so much easier --24.101.xxx.xxx |
