What is the process to evict a residential tenant for nonpayment of rent? I know they have a 5-day grace period. So I can start the eviction process on day 6.

The process vary in difficulty by County/and/or jurisdiction. If you not know a LL/T Atty good way to look is 1: go too see how that Court works in your area. Look for attorneys that have a handful or more case files with them.
Those are the ones that are frequent fliers who work in that area regularly and if not for you, they maybe willing to suggest another attorneys.
It doesn’t cost to use an attorney. it pays.

Frank is right, the process is very different from state to state.
I also agree with Frank's suggestion that you go to the local eviction courtroom where your case will be heard, to scope out the attorneys who practice there. The attorney likely will be very busy with his cases scheduled to be heard that day, but will not be too busy to give you a business card for you to call him later.
