It was great seeing nearly 200 of you in Jamaica last week. "Great Times" and "Great Week" was the overwhelming comments given in the reviews.

Maybe one or two of you who attended could share a little more that would let others on this forum know just a little more of your positive experience at our recent Retreat in Jamaica.

Jeff, I concur with those responses. Lori and I had a great time. It was our first seminar of any kind and we got a lot out of it. All the speakers were good and full of information. The estate/trust attorney really blew my mind with the amount of information she dropped on us. Your son’s block of training on short term rentals was enlightening as we had thoughts of testing that market with some of our rentals. Chad Harris had very interesting concepts on raising and using private money that we look forward to using to help grow our business..but I think Lori and I got the most out of Dot’s seminar on investing in rentals as a couple. This topic really hit home to us and got us to discuss things we haven’t discussed. Another great part of the conference was meeting, in person, dozens of likeminded landlords from around the country. Networking with everyone during the breaks, at meals, and in between might have been the best part. The amount of knowledge we gained from everyone was immense. Thank you to everyone for sharing their stories, ideas, and advice with these two new landlords. We look forward to next year’s trip, and seeing what you have in store for us.

Jeff. Another amazing conference. We picked up several ideas to implement this year. We bought the House Monster course from Lou Brown. We will be using it to help grow our business. We have been coming to your conferences and retreats for over 20 years. The ideas that we have taken from these education events have helped us grow our bottom line and our number of units managed to over 2000 units and growing.

Thank you for keeping me excited and motivated to continue our quest to make a difference in the lives of everyone around us.

The Seminars were informative. This year, we have less speakers than last (Jan 2022, Cabos San Lucas). Last year, we have a lot of info, almost a little bit much from so many good speakers. Sometimes, it was hard to concentrate.

This year, I felt the amount of speakers (5) was just right. The contents were intense and coherent. Mary Hart's night session was like a private consultation which answered a lot of the participants' questions. I had the privileged opportunity to eat with Sean & Lori. He summarized the Speakers presentations well (in his comments). Dot's short dissertation on the H&W concept re-emphasized the importance of Relationship & Team building for the landlord venture. It is always good to have a confidant partner to sound off your ideas and check your mistakes. Scavenging neighbors' toilets is a good thing ?

Justin has matured. He utilized the AirBnB concept well in his business. I am happy you raised smart children. Like father like Son !

You provided us an educational venue for us to network in a

comfortable setting. Strangers became friends and shared their knowledge and experiences. I can see why people come back annually, to enjoy that camaraderie experiences. The trip was fun with the excursions too.

Professor Taylor, you are FULL of ideas and a great speaker yourself. You encourage us to think beyond the obvious (this year's theme). It is a good environment to motivate us, students, on the treacherous Landlord paths.

No wonder you make the Big bucks while I am still counting pennies.

I hope we can make it next year! The last few years my health has been an issue :( but crossing fingers that by next year I'm good again.

That said, every single Convention, Bootcamp and Retreat we HAVE attended (first one 2010) has paid for themselves, often many times over, with the ideas and business innovations presented.

If you are younger, NOW is the time to go - so you have time to implement ideas and changes in time to see them pay off over the long haul. Don't wait until you are 65 and have to say, 'Durn I could have really used that idea 10 years ago..'

Jeff, Another spectacular conference and retreat. Each year that we attend we learn so much. Great speakers and topics. Mary Hart was probably one of the best speakers that we have heard on the subject of legacy and estate planning.

We enjoy reconnecting with friends and making new ones. We are always stimulated to grow and not be content with the status quo in our efforts to make a positive difference in the lives we connect with.

Another great retreat...

This was our fourth year and we always take home fresh new ideas to implement. The speakers were very informative I especially liked the presentation on short term rentals by Justin. Looking forward to next years event!
