Looking for Information on. 914 Mead Hill, Derby Line Vermont. Mobile home on 10 acre's. Occupants deceased.

This is a USDA financed loan. That has been repossessed.

At least in NC there are 3 law firms that do most of the foreclosures. If you can find out which lawyer is assigned to it, then you can call the office and get info.

since it has a USDA loan you may be able to wind your way through their bureaucracy and reach a live person.

Try a search for usda foreclosure department phone number

"inquiries about your loan should be directed to the Customer Service Center (800) 414-1226 or you can use rdhomeloans.usda.gov/ to access your loan information."

You might be able to call your county court and find out if they know anything about it. Here there is a foreclosure and estate department that I can talk to a human being (sometimes). They might have paperwork on it and might can direct you to the law firm handling it or the bank where the loan was taken out.
