Hi,

I ran a credit check through MrLandlord credit check on of the applicants today and received this message:

Credit Agency Notice (Trans Union)

The following advisory message(s) were returned from the credit agency:

Exact match between SSN on input and SSN on file

***TRUVALIDATE FRAUD ALERTS: INPUT CURRENT ADDRESS HAS BEEN USED 010 TIMES IN THE LAST 30 DAYS ON DIFFERENT INQUIRIES

:INPUT PREVIOUS ADDRESS HAS BEEN USED 010 TIMES IN THE LAST 30 DAYS ON DIFFERENT INQUIRIES

:INPUT CONSUMER IDENTITY ELEMENTS - VERIFIED***

Does it mean this application has applied at least 10 different places in the last 30 days? Hence I could no longer pull her credit report?

How do I get around this? Do I have to wait 30 days? I've never seen this before. Please advise. --99.128.xxx.xxx

6x6[TN], yes I plan to call LOA (Landlord Of America) today

Vee[OH], the court record section is clean, nothing in there. However I need to see the financial side that shows how she pays her bills as well. I've never seen this error before and I've pulled hundreds of credit reports from prospects. --99.128.xxx.xxx
