Google padsplit. It appears to be an Airbnb platform for renting rooms. They vet the tenants and apparently refer them on. Not sure what the revenue split would be. Also not sure what they can do that I can't do myself. --172.58.xxx.xxx |

Tenants will rent rooms out of their 2 or 3, 4 etc. bedroom unit to Vacation renters. Your lease must prevent subletting and vaca rentals

Interesting. I looked at one ad $154 a week, includes utilities. Three bedrooms total for rent... In California. Not sure how any money is being made. Credit score doesn't matter! Wow. This will be interesting, only a few states listed. --172.56.xx.xx |

My cheapest room in the rooming house is 160 a week. I'd expect 1.5 times that in CA. I had read earlier about people paying $1,000 a month for a room in California. Heck, most of my rooms are nearing 800 a month. Demand is constant for them. Much easier to fill than apartments. --209.122.xx.xxx |
