I've been using Turbotenant to advertise apartments. They syndicate to Zillow, Zumper and Apartments.com. Posted the ad a couple of days ago and have gotten only 6 responses through Turbotenant. I separately posted on FB today and have only gotten 5 responses. This is a 3 Bedroom, 1 bath apartment that's been newly renovated. Asking $1,600 per month which is in line with the market. When I search for the ad on Zillow, I don't see it. Same applies to Zumper, yet the few responses I got on Turbotenant are sourced from Zillow. Given that both sites are selling ancillary services, I'm wondering if syndicated ads get a lower ranking versus directly advertising on the platform. --209.122.xx.xxx

When I used Turbo Tenant, I also advertised separately on Zillow. It seemed to me that I got fewer responses from "Zillow" threw Turbo Tenant then from Zillow themselves. I thought that seemed odd. You may be right in your assumption. --73.113.xxx.xxx

I just posted directly on Zillow a couple hours ago and got more inquiries in the last 2 hours and I have in 2 days from turbotenant. The last time I used turbotenant was about a year ago and the inquiries via that platform were quite heavy. It's simply not the same now. --173.255.xxx.xx
