Go spend half a day in local L-T court and see who does the most cases. In Philly, half a dozen lawyers handle 90% of the cases. --73.141.xxx.xxx

What Don said. Invest a day or so by going to court and observing. See who interacts well with the clerks and judge. See who is prepared and who is fumbling around. Ask for a card from the ones who are good.
