I feeling like I keep spinning my wheels attempting to find a software program that can help with all my needs, from:

auto syndicating listings

custom rental applications and processing, ie. credit, criminal and rental checks

online rent payments

communications (through the software where all correspondence are recorded)

maintenance request and history

send notices and letters, possibly a website (maybe),

e signature capability,

All the things for maintaining property records, ie. entity information, insurance policy info, taxing entities, appliances, paint specs, etc.

What does everyone use, like best, like least, opinions, and comments? --73.136.xxx.xx

How many units do you have?

There are some awesome systems out there but you pay out your nose for many of these features

I use Mike Butler's LL on Auto pilot with his QuickBooks course. For screening I use a separate provider, rentlinx for marketing syndication, and have a website that does much of what you done. It cost me less than using a system like buildum. But those that use buildum seem to love it --24.101.xxx.xxx
