I feeling like I keep spinning my wheels attempting to find a software program that can help with all my needs, from:
auto syndicating listings
custom rental applications and processing, ie. credit, criminal and rental checks
online rent payments
communications (through the software where all correspondence are recorded)
maintenance request and history
send notices and letters, possibly a website (maybe),
e signature capability,
All the things for maintaining property records, ie. entity information, insurance policy info, taxing entities, appliances, paint specs, etc.
What does everyone use, like best, like least, opinions, and comments?
