Getting ready to go all in on collecting rent via one of the above. I like features of both. Anyone prefer one over the other? Clear now is obviously more expensive and only offers one method of payment. Turbotenant seems to give residents options of checking or by credit card. Looking for feedback from people that have used one or both and why you like the one you're using over the other. --174.105.xxx.xxx |

Does turbo tenant require action on the tenant’s part every month? Clearnow just takes the rent, it doesn’t depend on anyone remembering to do anything. In today’s automated society, I prefer clearnow. I think my tenants do as well. --73.177.xxx.xx |

I prefer ClearNow. Yeah have tried several of the online property management software systems. They all seemed to be more geared towards the big guys and were too complex for me. I wanted something to be simple for collecting rents online and tracking expenses. ClearNow does both and I love it. --24.245.xx.xxx |

Been using Clearnow for a number of years. It is wonderful not to think about it.
I explain it to my tenants that just like their car insurance, car payment and such is auto-debited each month, so will their rent be.
One of my qualifications to rent is now a bank account that they can use Clearnow with. No bank account? No lease with me.
I don't do my travel nurses with Clearnow, because they start and end all month long. THEY get billed via QuickBooks, which charges me 1% (up to $10) to do a bank transfer. I have to invoice them, and they have to go in and pay. Clearnow is easier, and ultimately less expensive. --149.76.xxx.xx |
