Pictures of paperwork was submitted through website from Resident yesterday afternoon. The reply at 8 AM this morning was to mail paperwork to our address. Resident called, text, and email request multiple times. They received the same answer. I address a request or question or demand three time in one day. I am done replying to Resident. I am very consistent with my replies. Resident can submitted 101 requests and expect a 101 replies. Resident was blocked on phone and email but not the website where all requests must be submitted. What is your limit on multiple requests within a certain period of time? --208.72.xxx.xx |

I am confused. What was the request? I would somehow have a line of communication open for emergencies for the tenant. If you have told them multiple times the same answer, then I would let it go and no longer respond. Repairs should be done in a reasonable time period.
