Most front load washing are designed to break where the Spider which holds the stainless steel is made of cheap white metal where the weaker metal breaks. Other than trying remedies on You Tube it may have to taken to scrap metal recycling place. Most machines are made by Samsung and LG for sears. If wanted a really good machine but more expensive buy a commercial grade machine made by Huebsch or Speed Queen without a coin box. A roll of dice is Facebook market place where people sell used machines. In the house picked up a Samsung with a base for free where fixed by replacing the spider assembly and front door gasket which costed around $300 dollars Cdn. It was a labour intensive process where have to take the entire machine apart than reassemble.
