Years ago in a Condo complex with dozens of smaller buildings, the retired folks decided to have a third pool installed so the elderly didn't have to "walk" so far to swim. The assessments was $7,000 per unit. Adding up those funds would cover 10 new pools. Where is the rest of the money going? HOA don't have to disclose closed meeting information. I sold my condo that same year before the construction started. --47.156.xx.xx
