State Specific Question About: NEW HAMPSHIRE (NH)

Does anyone know how to remove a flagged ad on Craigslist. I may have a recently evicted tenant flagging my rental. --216.10.xxx.xx

Rewrite it, new photos and put your phone number in the ad so someone can reach you. Call 3333333333 for this beautiful rental before someone flags me again. That should do it. You may get some funky calls but your ad will be seen. --108.24.xx.xx

One person can't take your ad down by flagging. It takes many. --108.201.xx.xx

It used to take three flags to take an ad down, but it appears to me that it only takes one to remove a real estate ad. Every now and again I get so irritated at the people who post the exact same ad 20 times that I will go through and flag 19 of their ads and those ads disappear immediately as soon as I do.

I suspect that all you can do is to keep posting and they will get tired of paying attention and go and do something else. Tenants tend to have short attention spams.

Have ads on different sites. --76.178.xxx.xxx

Oregon Woodsmoke, my bet is that the disappearance after one flag is from YOUR feed. that's so you cannot flag again. everyone else still sees it --75.80.xx.xx

I was having problems posting Craigslist ads being flagged and immediately removed. And I think it's because my VPN was on and set to Miami, Fl. I read somewhere that the Craigslist admin will flag since I was trying to list a property for rent in Denver, CO. They think I'm posting a false ad since I look like I'm in Miami trying to post an ad for Denver.

Since I tried posting 3 times, I then got a message that I have to wait 48 hours to post, so I'm still waiting to see if it makes a difference. --37.19.xxx.xx
