Not here, but our attics are almost always unfinished.

I'm most likely to find raccoon poo, insulation from c. 1984, or absolutely zero insulation at all in a house that's been sitting patiently for 70+ years. --137.118.xx.xxx

Much more common in the Northeast, I think - even though the south is supposed to be the religious bible belt, etc., as a kid I remember a LOT of homes in Massachusetts and Maine having pictures of Jesus and in some, the Pope. More Catholics up there.

I'm pretty sure that my entire landlord career, I've never looked in the attics of any of my houses. There is no reason for the tenants to go up through the hatch and wade through all the insulation.

My grandmother had one. She had lost a child and hers was of Jesus sitting down and greeting a little boy. I have it. Too many have the crucifixion but he was a wonderful teacher also. --108.24.xx.xx
