Hi, I am co-owner of home with brother. His wife does the management. I noticed they rented the house and didn’t tell me. They have been collecting full rent and have stopped communication. Who do I sue in magistrate court? The owner or manager or both? Please explain your answers. I only sued the owner and the magistrate asked me, “you are aware you only sued the owner, right? “.
