Who to sue in GA (by AL [NC]) Posted on: Jun 30, 2022 3:42 PM
Message:

Hi, I am co-owner of home with brother. His wife does the management. I noticed they rented the house and didn’t tell me. They have been collecting full rent and have stopped communication. Who do I sue in magistrate court? The owner or manager or both? Please explain your answers. I only sued the owner and the magistrate asked me, “you are aware you only sued the owner, right? “. I said yes, because he is the owner. --107.119.xx.x

I believe that one must first "ask" for an explanation and then give 30 day notice that you intend to sue. --47.156.xx.xx
