That scares me a bit. Everything going up and no extra funds coming in.
People are used to a certain lifestyle and can no longer afford it. They run up the CC then they start skipping payments on things.

Scary times. We've had 3 tenants move out this year already. One was evicted, on on his own choosing, and the third is in process. I'm not concerned about it...we've sold the two houses and made good profits.
But if you're keeping rentals, this should be a concern. Extra focus on the credit report and CC balances would be good. --99.92.xxx.xxx |

More people are using credit cards for the benefits these days, too, of which there are many.

A tank of gas is just under $100. ($90-$91 if I can get a good deal.) The $4.50 milk is now $7.50, and the $3 milk is now $5, although if I shop right, I can get it for $3.
Not everyone has the time or opportunity to find the $4.30 gas instead of the $4.70 gas.

last year everyone had the “free” govt $ to pay down debt. WMH: that is nothing new. cc cos have always reduced limits if not being used. they want you to use & if you don’t then little reason to keep your line so high. they reduce your line & increase someone else’s. --107.120.xx.xx |
