well boys and gals... bought this crib in 03 for 70k listing it for 259.9k. drew 1100 rent for the last 19 years and now its cash out time....

google 7408 w Burleigh and let me know what you think... tenants pretty much destroyed crib but we made a lot of dough over the years and now its time to cash out...

did a complete make over and here we go..

we are selling millions of dollars worth of our investments and paying the piper at year end...

also just picked up a new navigator and going to bowling green wed to pick up my new vet...

real estate has been extremely profitable for our entire family and we thank the lord for great mother cimba who is responsible for getting us all into it...

she has seen all of her kids become millionaires and we are all grateful...

life is good but I have to tell you... cimba is not a good millionaire... there's nothing I really want or need in life now so its time to reward my great workers and my kids who deserve it..

I am holding all of my Real Estate and adding more. Called for a new Vette yesterday. 6 Months out and $25K over sticker. Trying to justify the $25K over sticker. Yes it is a mid engine. James, I have a 12 year younger bro that is 48 and had about 500 units... He just sold 50 Sfh and some dumpy multis 180 units... Multi millions but is keeping around 200 of his best units still... Got to keep the crews working...

I am selling everything that opens up... It gives us nice flip projects cuz most of the work was already done... Im also keeping about 90 of my higher end best units...

I am still buying Sfh deals when I can find them... I have been such a busy bee over the last 40 years I never really payed attention to what we were accumulating... Once I sold my first package of 25 sfhs and put those millions in the bank I started to realize its time to cash out a ton, take care of my loyal workers that helped make me all my money and start dishing out to my deserved kids (2 out of 3 of them at least)...

R/E has been completely awesome to our family and all my friends I had get in the game that its now time to enjoy just a lil fruits of my labor...

All those late nights tiling till midnight, painting till midnight, lugging all the trash outs after tenants destroyed the cribs...

Mid engine 23 vet on the way... Fefe and I are going to Nashville tomorrow than heading to vet museum to pick up toy July 2nd...

Real estate and being a landlord has been good even with some undesirable tenants. My most profitable is a 3 br 2 ba whose first rent in 1976 was $410 and I just re rented for $3000. Paid $42,500 and now worth $875,000.

Over the years probably $80,000 in repairs and improvements. Because of our prop 13 taxes only increase 2% a year which adds to the cash flow. --99.23.xxx.x

Congrats!

I am taking a vacation in July to spend 4 days on the bourbon trail with my brother and then driving a C8 Corvette on the race track in Bowling Green after a trip to the Vette museum. I currently have a 750 HP 2007 Mustang Shelby GT500 that I'm selling...so I'm looking at the new Vette as a possible replacement (along with a few other cars).
