What did you "get' by doing the writ? My understanding is I can put it on their vehicles as well. Something about this eviction-at the point where someone can have most the money IF they can collect. It is the giving the second chance-She had texted a week prior If I would drop it if paid. Didn't come through-even cut back some of the late fees hoping I didn't have to take a day off work for court. He had come over and said he didn't want to go either. Yet, no one paid.. --73.230.xxx.xx |

A writ of execution can be on their personal items in their home (like Tv's computers, furniture etc.), real estate, vehicles, or money in their bank accounts.
I have only ever done personal items in the home (2-3 times) and bank accounts (once) on my own.
My 1st time the with personal items, the parents decided to pay me. My only time with the bank account went well, I got $600. But the most successful is wage garnishment (attachment) which I have done 1 time.
Don't do the vehicle, I don't understand it. I was told by someone in the sheriff's office it rarely works and you need to be an expert to make it work.
P.S. I don't understand half of your post, it is very unclear. --74.99.xxx.xxx |

I don't have time to walk you through anything, but I can send you my personal notes I took that describes each step of the process. It's not legal advice, just a historical record of the path I took. You can contact my through my webpage at the very top. My name is tony tonini and if you put the com after that name, you'll find my website. I have no idea if I can post links on here, so I'll put it that way. --74.99.xxx.xxx |
