HAHA... well, I have actually said "I'm sorry but I'm not wasting my time since the last time you confirmed the appointment and didn't show up".
So it's not a "things I've wished I could say" ... I did say it. I also will call them out when I am pre-screening them (as I keep a list of who I called/contacted and what they say) and then if it's recent and all of a sudden they "lost" or don't have as many people moving in (or more) or they don't have animals now or their income has now become "more" to pre-qual them to view... --69.201.xx.xxx |
