Correction. it looks like when i paid $99 to go to premium on apartment . com it pushed it out to Realtor . com.... for rentals. when I checked rentals on Realtor . com sure enough my ad was posted however there where no pictures. That's how i stumbled upon Avail as it was free and allow me to add the pictures that currently show up on rentals in realtor.com

I stumbled on Avail a couple of years ago. That site sends your ads to other sites. I like them over all. Even with them you get your share of frogs to kiss before finding your prince or princess especially since the eviction moratorium ended. Hope you find them helpful as well. --68.227.xx.xx |

Yes, I've used Avail. Also use apartments . com, zumper, turbotenant (I like the best).
They all send them all over to various sites (realtor. com, zillow (sometimes... it's weird because it says they don't but then I get inquiries from Zillow to turbotenant along with a bunch of others). The thing with TurboTenant is that they will send back a pre-screen to them and once they complete it you have everything there in front of you.
The others try but they don't give you the detail (like income, # of people, move in date, pets, smoking, etc).
