I was impressed when you mentioned in recent post that you could get a survey for $1000.
The lowest prices I found about 2 years ago were $1800 from M & G and then $2300 from M & M.
Would you be willing to provide the company info that does such work at such a good price? I just need a boundary between 2 properties so I don't need any high end fancy land survey.
I know you are sometimes reluctant to provide recommendations, but if you don't mind, thanks.

With the building boom it's hard to find a Survey Company that won't charge an arm and a leg. I contact a service that puts Contractors/Developers together with Surveyor's. I look for someone who likes little jobs, like for a buyer or Title Insurance. All they have to do is Mark the 4 corners. Half a days work for $800 to $1,200.

Check with local real estate agents. There is surely someone in your area that does "corner marking" which is not a full survey starting with the section marker.
As long as you and the neighbor are not at war about the location of the property line, that will get you within a couple of inches. --76.178.xxx.xxx |
