My name is_______________ my drivers license name is___________. God calls me_____________? That's my 3rd sisters name? But your a guy? Oh I can explain that!
The print on my pay stub is off center ___#1 Lined it up wrong when i brought this on line- #2. my computer didn't have the font to match ADP's font #3 it's someone else's pay stub and I just copied over their info.
SS#: that number was my old one or this is really my mom's but we look alike. (inform app there's no pic on the ss card!!!!)

Too funny Myob sad but true, we are living in a "different" world. However my rental application will remain the same --68.15.xx.xx |

Maybe an "Excuse Addendum." Make a list of all excuses, and suggest they "Circle all that apply" and hand it in with the lease application. --108.69.xxx.xxx |

I love multiple choice as it has better odds of getting the right answer, or at least it did in school. --73.120.xx.xxx |

Heh, good laughs for sure!
We used to call such A, B, C, or D tests "multiple guess"!
Back when I had a paper app, it was insane. Sloppy handwriting, blanks left, smudges and coffee stains, etc. Ugh, what a waste of time and who knows how many germs?
Now, everything is done online. I make certain fields required, and the info must be accurate (name, birthdate, SSN) so the software can pull a credit report. If they fail to provide accurate info, they are just wasting their app fee.
A properly filled-out app is often the first step of formal screening. If they make it hard for me to get in touch with references, I'll give them ONE chance to offer clarification and update the info themselves. Anything beyond that fails the "cooperation" test and gets DQ'd.
