Last tenant I placed (a year ago,) said that. And sure enough, her old address eventually showed up on MLS with a beautiful redo. I'm happy with her as a tenant, though we had some bumps in the road at first. But now, things are going well. One thing to note, my tenant took very good care of that property, and takes good care of my house now. It was the finishes that all needed major updating at that house.
