after a 5 week wait my 11 cabinets came in. Went to pick them up since the first delivery date was in JUNE!!!!!
so 11 come in and they can only find 10-- but 11 came in.
They will call by days end and bring them to me. NO CALL NO CONTACT.
the other 10 all high white-- well marked on each box. Opened to inspect: One over cabinet above frig is BLUE. Thats right BLUE but in a box marked white along with our order number on that box.
Moving forward!!!!!!!
reordered missing cabinet and correct color from h-depot yesterday afternoon. will ship by May 15 or 16. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

Sorry to hear that, MYOB.
Who else has had this happen? It has happened to us several times on orders. Mislabeling of items, never corrected after letting the company know.
We placed an order prior to December for something needed for winter. Prepaid of course, afterward told it would come in March. Came late in April, SO damaged... --75.11.xx.xx |

RB not to mention poor QC. Poor supervision. See RB in China if they mess up an order it's curtains. No more fried rice and prisoner number nine number will be reassigned. If you get my drift.
When I checked the blue cabinet in the 12X30 box. It was really a 12 x42 blue.
no problems. got an unfinished lower 24 and a 12 upper unfinished. will be putting them in and will have a wild story for new tenants. Will do a work around. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

6bye I have noticed here in Atlanta the H-depot is starting to get in items -- aka the shelves are filling up. So either things are shipping now or people have stopped building. Either way building supplies are up but grocery store shelves are now emptying??? --99.103.xxx.xxx |

I get most everything from HD. I now know that I need to order things- cabinets, bath fixtures, etc- well in advance & plan to keep them somewhere as they trickle in during a renovation. Hopefully they will all be there by the time I'm ready for them.
They do not arrive together
They do not arrive when promised
They do not arrive undamaged
They do not care (except PAM - she's great! : )
I also now open everything in the store before loading the truck. I've found too much damage to bother taking then returning items. Had to re-order a shower pan 4 times last year before I got one that was good.
Whenever possible, I avoid delivery - the company they use is Horrible. I'd rather make 5 trips to the store with my pickup than deal with them.
It's just what you deal with when you decide to purchase through them. You save money over custom made, but need to have your eyes open and be prepared to work with it.
BTW: in my experience, 5 weeks isn't that bad! You got a different color, I got a different size inside the box last kitchen I did.
