I have had problems with zillow integrating with buildium so I created my own feed for a ubit in my zillow account. I need to delete the unit but can't figure out how to remove a unit or property. Seems like once they capture you they don't let go! So after several days of no response I inquire again and I get the sales pitch I was expecting but this time they have 3 different ways to use zillow. The MLS option intrigued me, but I suppose it involves real estate agents that want to show apartments and get a fee? How familiar are you with these options?

Here they are:

Rental Manager ($9.99/listing/week) – manual listings for single family homes, condominiums, and small apartments buildings with less than 50 units

Feed Connect ($1-$2/listing/day) – feed software integration (Appfolio, Buildium, etc.) for single family homes, condominiums, and apartment buildings with less than 50 units

MLS Syndication ($1-$2/listing/day) – syndicate rental listings from the MLS for single family homes, condominiums, and apartment buildings with less than 50 units --24.194.xxx.xx

I quit using zillow when they started the $9.99 thing, most of the competition here did as well. Facebook market place has 5X the number of listing and generates 5X the number of leads that I ever got from Zillow. The runner up here is zumper. I know it's different around the country but you might check on other platforms that integrate with buildium. --209.205.xxx.xx

Pick one. Pick your poison. Looks like the $1 -2 a day would do it and avoid realtor fees --172.56.xx.xxx

MikeA, recently zillow has been the better source of leads, but zumper works too. The other syndications are useless. I'm not directly on FB and not likely to pick it up. Like I mentioned someone from the sales arm contacted me and I told them I wasn't buying if they couldn't get someone to fix my issue. He was trying to tell me that all I had to do was pay for a feed (option 2) and that would solve my problem. I said why don't you comp me a week, and that caught him off guard "we have never done that before" and "I"m not authorized to do that" well it's only a few dollars and it you're right it will solve my problem and is the least zillow could do for all the hassle I've had w/ them and then I'll continue to use your product. In the end he generated a support ticket and we'll see if someone besides a sales agent contacts me, lol --24.194.xxx.xx
