Gasoline in most countries is sold in liters where even in Britain and Australia gasoline is sold in liters. Depending on where you live the cost of a liter of gasoline will vary from $1.75 to $2.00 dollars Cdn per liter. It is easy to convert liters to Us or imperial gallons where multiply by 3.78 for Us or 4.54 for imperial gallon. Last time bought a half a tank it was $70 dollars. So the capacity of a Tacoma is 80 liters. What people do not understand that the Us military uses metric, NASA uses metric, hospitals and dental use metric along car manufacturing industries and other industries use metric. What happened here it is hybrid metric system that never completely switched where building materials are still in imperial system where Britain and Australia it is metric. So if it costs $2.00 dollars per liter then a fill up will cost $160 dollars for 80 liters not that complicated. Imagine being a lead country in NATO using imperial measure where distance is in meters and ammunition is in millimeters.
