State Specific Question About: ARKANSAS (AR)
Neighbor complaining about continuous noise from their children running, stomping and screaming. How do you handle this situation when you have already verbally warned her. I would hate to evict her because kids will be kids but, that may be what i have to do. --107.141.xxx.xxx |

I have the kids above situation but it's just running. you know when they are home from school. in NY for noise I would issue a cure letter, not sure what you have to do in your state. can area rugs be added to dampen the sound? --172.58.xxx.xxx |

I had complaints coming from downstairs tenants re upstairs tenants. I carpeted over the hardwood upstairs using the thickest padding that I could. Downstairs, I installed drop ceilings 4" below the plaster ceiling and laid fiberglass insulation in the space. --73.141.xxx.xxx |
