I think it has begun.... I received an e-mail today from Paypal with a weird amount in September for something I cannot even begin to understand what it is for! I received a pretty good sum of rent paid thru Paypal for several months until they pressed me for info before I could get anymore that way.

I declined to fill it out for this very reason. I have no idea how I will reconcile or match up these figures or be able to explain it.
