Can anyone recommend a good commercial rental agent on the ME/NH border in the North Conway area?
My brother recently died and the person who was going to rent his auto body shop backed out. I suggested to my SIL that it might be worth exploring the option of finding someone to handle the whole thing for her as it would be pretty complicated finding someone qualified and with the resources to be a good long term tenant.

It sounds like it is small local shop and not a franchise. If it were a national franchise, I could toss you a couple of different names. If it is just a small regular shop, I would tell you go with a local realtor there. --24.101.xxx.xxx |
