I just heard on the news that a CT landlord was arrested for shooting her tenant in the house next-door to where she lived.

Upon further investigation it sounds like she was trying to sell the house and wanted him out but evidently he was not moving. I think there was a previous altercation as well between the two of them.

I found 2 articles on this with a quick search. Both seemed pretty slanted and offered no real details. Seems to me that more real details are needed nefore jumping to conclusions. --75.7.xx.xx

I've occasionally had a tenant that I would have liked to shoot.

usually, it is the other way around where the tenant who doesn't want to move shoots the landlord, so at least the landlord is alive to go to jail. --76.178.xxx.xxx
