I recently got back a unit that is almost fully furnished and I have wanted to try short term rentals. Not crazy about ABnB.

I have done traveling nurse housing where the placement company provides furnishings. Now I am considering the traveling nurse website and also came across furnished finder, and corporate housing by renter. Anyone have experience feedback on these or other listing sites? The local microtel is at $130 a night, so I figure if I'm at $100 I can capture some of that too.

I have been advertising on Furnished Finder and their Facebook group since 2017. Very successful.

Dee Ann, the company I have done business with is Travelers Haven. They contacted me, and placed a traveling nurse in one of my units. Then another time I contacted them and they placed someone. I have periodically called back and have not had success. I see they have an 'affiliate' program. I was never asked to register this way, so I cannot speak to the pros and cons of it.

When I was looking for traveling nurse hosting sites, I came across an ABnB forum where hosts were complaining that traveling nurses were the worst category of client. That they demand steep discounts and want out of contracts w/ no notice for a full refund and that often they make inquiries, demand hosts block their desired time and then flake out and get upset when they come back at the last minute and the hold is gone. Those that did rent to nurses, said they frequently would file a vague complaint against the host/ property so the system would refund their funds.
