I was able to use the old Duvall system for rent relief. It was awkward, but, it worked. That system was shut down at the end of November.

I have been trying to get rent relief on the new gov2go site since December 1.

The message on my page tells me that the tenant needs to submit their application.

The tenant’s page tells her that the landlord needs to submit the landlord part of the application.

I called the gov2go help line and they said to send an email to the help desk.

The help desk responded and said to call the help line.

I called the help line again and asked if they would log onto my account and give me the status of the application. I was told that the help line does not have access to applications. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I can’t speak to a supervisor.

I hope you have a better experience than me.

Our tax dollars at work!

Good luck!
