Updates? Yes, hard lesson to learn to update wills. My sibling signed everything over to me to handle. Worked better. I ran things by sibling and was told to do what I felt was right. did everyone sign that agreement? cause her is how this goes-- all the principles agree- you and family. Then when the principles get home they have that little birdie in their ear saying how you should have done this and that or he's not doing this or that right.
It's like having a partner in RE investing. Not everyone works to the same end and THERE IS MUCH INPUT FROM OTHERS.

Remember my post about Broke In-Laws? One of those broke in-laws could be living (squatting) inside the house right now. Last Friday, I went to see the house and noticed a car in the driveway. I knocked on the door and one my broke in-laws answered the door and her children were upstairs taking baths! The house looked clean and not messy or anything but something strange is going on here. I did not make an issue over what I saw since everyone in the house was making plans to attend a funeral service that night which I attended also.
Inside the house on the dining room table I noticed a 2nd Will which had my Dad's 4th wife's name on it. This new Will was created 1 month after my Dad died in 2015 and I never had any prior knowledge of this 2nd Will. That is all I know for the time being. This 2nd Will will make things interesting going forward here. I feel sure we will need legal counsel to help sort out the legal details here.
